From the Windows Desk Top, at the bottom of the screen, there is a Task Bar - at the far left click on "Start" - it opens up a menu. From this open menu select, Programs, Video Monitoring Software, and Video Monitoring Software (it has an icon beside it) and click it with the mouse. This will startup the program for you.
If there is no menu item, the last resort is to use Windows Explorer and double click on the file c:\program files\site monitor\sitemon.exe. This will also start the program.

If you have the proper drivers and hardware installed you will see:
The Video Monitoring Software Program with live video showing in the left part of the window.
The Video Monitoring Software Web Server program right below it. It manages the remote requests to Video Monitoring Software via the internet.
And on the taskbar two black icons which can be clicked to hide or unhide the programs.
If you get errors "Could not change image size", "Wrong Format" or "Driver" at program startup, click OK proceed on until all messages are cleared. Now select the the proper Video For Windows driver you should have installed from menu item Settings, Video, Select Video Driver - use Logitech, Hauppauge, or a VFW driver, click OK. Save Configuration. Now each time you start the program the correct driver will be loaded and any startup errors should not appear.
