Start Stop Capturing Video

Assumes you are in Monitor Mode ( Monitor, Monitor Start).

Select menu item, Monitor, Enable Capture to File, so there is a check mark beside this menu item. ( Also make sure menu item, Monitor, Activate Enabled Alarms and Capture, has already been selected i.e. status bar shows ARMED.)

Result:
Video of motion detected is being captured to file.

Select menu item, Monitor, Enable Capture to File, so there is a No check mark beside this menu item.

Result:
No video is being captured to file.

Note:
Enable Capture to File, starts and stops capturing video of motion to the same file. Only exiting Monitor or Web Mode creates a the new video file. Only exception, is if the video file exceeds the specified size, then a new file is created, while in Monitor or Web Mode.
