Menu Location: Settings - Program Parameters - Path to Media Player
This parameter can be set by the user, to tell the program where to look for the Media Player which is used to play the captured video files when the user selects menu item File, Open Video File.
Example of proper entries are like the following:
c:\program files\windows media player\mplayer2.exe
C:\Program Files\Real\RealPlayer\realplay.exe
Microsoft Media Player is recommended for most versatility.
To find the correct path name like the ones above use Windows Explorer to browse around your directories to find file names like the ones above. Enter the path name, test it by selecting menu item File, Open Video File (select video file), if it works then Save Configuration.
