Show Errors in Message BoxMenu Location: Settings - Program Parameters - Show Errors in Message Box Set this parameter to show all program errors in a pop up error message window. If this parameter is not set with a check mark, all program errors will be displayed in the Status Bar, in the second pane, and to the program error log file. During initial program configuration is good to set this item so can debug mis-configurations. Turning off Errors in Message box is good if the program is left alone to work by itself, so the user does not have to be there in front of the computer to clear Message Box errors from the computer screen. Recommended: Do not check this item if using the program in Web Mode for remote access. You might not be there to clear the message box error. To retrieve a list of errors or for program behavior look in the program error log at c:\program files\site monitor\SiteMonErr.txt or use menu item Status. |
