Test Upload IP

Menu Location: Menu Location: Settings - This Computers IP Address -Test Upload IP

Will attempt to upload the computer's IP address to the remote server immediately, once the menu item is selected.

This is good for testing.

If the test worked, the status bar will read, "Trying to Upload IP", then "Sent IP OK". If the test failed the status bar will read, "Could not Upload IP - ...". See how to display the full error message. Also check Video Monitoring Software Log file file record of error.

If the Sent IP OK,  go to www.fgeng.com an search the data base for your system and the IP address. If it is there and the time and date are correct then the program is configured correctly.
