These parameters define what will constitute an alarm. It will not physically issue the alarm, that is done by enabling parameter on Admin web page under heading, Enable Alarm Type. Alarm Conditions are defined below.
Alarm Time Interval
The time interval over which frames with motion detection will be counted. At the start of the time interval the count for frames with motion detection in them will be set back to zero.
Enable Alarm Camera
Enables which camera will generate an alarm.
(Also make sure that, Activate Alarms and
Capture, has been set.)
Motion Detected Frames
How many frames with motion in them will count as an alarm.
Enable Alarm Total All Cameras
Adds up all the motion detected frames for all cameras enable for scanning. (enable if using just one camera, and no multiplexer).
Alarm Frames Total All Cameras
The number of frames with motion detected in them from all cameras scanned which will constitute an alarm condition. (use if using one camera and no multiplexer).
Set Time Between Email Alarms
If there is an email alarm, allow only one email alarm for the specified time period.
