With your company name on the screen, this is what your remote clients would see. All your client needs to do is touch or click on the screen once to meet with you, the rest is done by remote control.

One of our customers is using 15 Video Client Servers in Banks and Trust companies to witness signing and closing of insurance contracts. They have reduced the time of doing transactions from 2 hours to under 2 minutes per transaction. They no longer travel to the client site, saving on travel expenses. They now can provide instantaneous service for their customers. They have developed a closer business relationship with their customers which they now see on a daily basis, compared to their competition who still are doing business the old way. This panel shows an example of a video meeting displayed on a computer monitor. At the left side of the monitor a video window of the remote representative is show displaying his product for sale. The right side of the monitor shows a local video window of the client who is sitting there in front of their camera viewing the product for sale.

At Your Local Representative's Site

Above is a picture of what is seen at your company Representative's location. The left part of the monitor shows a large video window of the client at the remote location. The right part of the monitor shows a smaller local video window of the company representative sitting in front of their camera displaying their product for sale.

At Remote Video Client Server Site:

This panel shows an example of placing a purchase order. At the top left of the monitor a purchase order has been displayed by the representative to the client here. The top right part of the monitor shows a local video window of the client there in front of their camera. The bottom right part of the monitor shows the client pressing the "Apply Signature" button to the purchase order shown. (The document can also be something other than a purchase order e.g. a bill).

At Your Local Representative's Site

This is what the representative sees on his monitor. At the top left is the purchase order the representative has chosen to show to the client at the remote end. The right part of the monitor shows a snap shot of the client when pressing the "Apply Signature" button at the remote location. Both the purchase order and the snap shot are electronically signed and locked for a record of the transaction. The representative can also print a copy of the purchase order into the hands of the client at the remote location.
